I am on sabbatical from August 8 until September 8.
I will resume my normal schedule on September 9.

Italian verb: to live, be alive; to last, endure, live through

I came that they may have life and have it abundantly. - John 10:10b

Stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, and fear are just a few of the things that deter us from living our best lives. It takes courage to admit to ourselves (and to others) that we are not living fully. At best, we are simply subsisting.

It is my desire to help my clients discover what is keeping them from living, thriving and being who they truly are — to heal from the pain and brokenness in a safe, supportive, and nurturing therapeutic relationship.

The pain, abuse, neglect, and trauma you’ve suffered may have left you feeling lost and unsure of who you are. Within our therapeutic relationship together, you can experience acceptance and encouragement. Over time, you’ll learn to accept and love yourself and begin to shed the habits and unhealthy thoughts that bind you.

I look forward to helping you in your journey.
